The purple Näppylä vase of Nuutajärven Lasin is the work of Saara Hopean from 1952. The vase is pressed glass with bumps on its surface.
Näppylä vases were produced in various colors as late as the early 1970s. The shape in the glass designed by Saara Hopean is also known by the name Nyppylä.
The vase for sale is intact and otherwise in good condition.
